| Evaluations of a DUI class are brought to the owner after completion of the DUI class before the attendee is allowed to be released. These evaluations help in making a DUI class the most effective it can be. Attendees answer questions about the instructor, the class, the school, the staff, and about themselves. This form is required by the Department of Driver Services in the state of Georgia.

| What could the DUI instructor have done to make the class better? I feel like it was a good class don’t see how it could have been any better. |
| What part of the DUI class was most important to you? When "Ace" was talking to me on a more one on one personal level. |
| What could be done to make your DUI class better? Not so long videos, more people coming in to share their experience. |
| From 1-10, how would you rate the DUI classroom, and why? "7" It is like a regular class set-up, but I do love the very cozy chairs. |
| From 1-10, how would you rate the office staff of 1Ace Driving School, and why? "10" – She was great in telling me how to get hear from the bus. Any even came outside to greet me. |
| What have you learned about yourself since taking this DUI class? That I don’t think weed is addictive but can be bad for you. |
| What will you do different since taking this DUI class? Don’t know. |
